Wander into your weekend with a relaxed evening in the gallery spaces at Hyphen, grab a drink and enjoy after-hours access to our latest exhibitions.

Be the first to experience the Community Gallery’s newest exhibition – an incredible collection of works from the North East Water’s Aboriginal Art Prize. This exhibition showcases the winning artworks by more than a dozen prominent local First Nations artists responding to the prize’s theme of “Water”.

While you’re here, meet Keirzo, the rapping and drumming robot featured in Dr Richard Savery’s I, DJ. This exhibition brings the worlds of creativity, music, robotics and artificial intelligence together in a sensory delight!

Head over to the Artspace Gallery and discover the work of local master printmaker Christine Upton’s Outside the Box. Featuring printmaking, textiles and sculpture, this survey exhibition spans Upton’s extensive career over 30 years.

Lastly, visit the Hallway Gallery to see Portraits Without Faces, a new body of work by talented local emerging artist Alexander Leeworthy. This series of digital drawings features people in their personal spaces and explores the connections between oneself and one’s things.
