Hyphen has several spaces available for your next function, event meeting, workshop or creative project.

Hyphen offers a variety of meeting rooms for hire.

Meetings Rooms 1 and 2 are designed to 2 smaller spaces or opened up to one larger space.

There is a more intimate, third meeting room filled with natural light.

The Community Studio is designed as a multipurpose space for groups or workshops. With access to the courtyard, kitchenette and projection screen.

Our Tech, Sound and Creative Studios are all available to creators, students and the community to use for their next project.

Our fabulous Sculpture Terrace on the upper floor, overlooking the courtyard is also available to hire.

Terms and conditions

As the meeting rooms are located within the building, noise levels must be appropriate during operating hours. Noise levels that can be heard outside the room could result in the booking being cancelled and money withheld.

For meetings held outside library opening hours, a representative of the hirer must visit the library prior to the meeting to collect the keys and receive information about opening and closing procedures.

Facilities must be left in a clean and orderly state with tables and chairs returned to their original places or additional charges could apply.

Hyphen is a fully licensed venue. Catering is the responsibility of, and to be arranged, by the hirer.

All venue hirers must provide a current certificate of $10M Public Liability Insurance (PLI). PLI can be arranged through City of Wodonga if required.
