Embark on a journey through a century of life with 100: A celebration of local super seniors

Developed through The Centenarian Portrait Project by Teenagers, this exhibition is the culmination of a three-month creative program.

During this time local teenage artists have been paired with centenarians, resulting in unique portraits that encapsulate the tapestry of a 100-year life. Beyond the artistic collaboration, the program fosters genuine connections and friendships, challenging societal norms and breaking down stereotypes.

This intergenerational arts initiative presented by not-for-profit arts organisation Embraced Inc has been described as the largest in Australia to date, successfully connecting 473 hundred-year-olds with 473 teenage artists from across the country.

With iterations delivered in every state and territory to date, Embraced has been delighted to bring this program to the region.

Join us in celebrating the beauty of life, the wisdom of age and the transformative impact of intergenerational collaboration.
